- —Projects must support children, young people, families or people's health and wellbeing, and must be designed with the people being supported.
About this grant
This funding programme supports projects that achieve at least one of two outcomes: children, young people and families thriving, or people having better relationships, connections and physical or mental health. Projects should be designed with the people they serve, not just delivered to them, and must support people experiencing poverty, disadvantage or discrimination. The programme funds new or existing projects from organisations of all sizes and levels of experience, with funding available for up to 5 years.
