About this grant
Community Action funds new or existing projects that bring people together through activities or spaces (online or in person) and reach people affected by poverty, disadvantage or discrimination. Projects must be led by their community, build on existing community strengths and skills, and understand the local service landscape. Funded projects must achieve at least 2 of 4 outcomes: building positive relationships, supporting health or wellbeing, improving access to nature, or making a positive environmental difference.
